Katy Perry does it. Angelina Jolie does it. Madonna and Jennifer Aniston do it! Meditation has become all the craze and that with reason! Practicing meditation has more than 100 benefits for you and your body. This both spiritual, physiological and psychical. This includes such things as reducing stress, keeping things in perspective and increase creativity.
I've done 5-10 minutes of meditation twice a day for a couple month now and I don't regret one single minut of it. The only thing I regret is that I didn't began sooner. Meditation has helped me to be think better and brigthter. It has also helped be keeping calm in situations where I before would have lost it. I, honestly, think it has made me a better person towards other, but also towards myself!
I really hope you give youself the pleasure of following the "How To Meditate"-steps below. Be aware that the first time you try meditation it may not seems so amazing as everybody says. But there's a reason why it's called "Practicing Yoga"; you practice. You practice coming to the state of mind that all those who meditates are longing for. Sooner or later you will learn how to set you mind free, and I'm sure you will regret the process just as much I do, which is absolutely not regretting it!
