How to beat bloating

I bet you all have tried to feel bloated. You have tried to, what seems as  out of nowhere
grow, a size or two around your stomach and you feel like you have eaten an elephant. I've
experience it a lot doing that time of month, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, and this is
why I would like to share with you my best tips on how to avoid bloating, not just doing that
time, but in general and also share my best tips on to beat that bloating if it has gotten to
you already.

TIPS TO AVOID BLOATING:

Only eat when you're truly hungry and let there be least 3 hours between meals. This will
give your stomach time to digest before you intake more food.

When you're eating try to put your fork down every once in a while. Doing this will help you
eating more slow and make you feel with less intake.

Don't drink anything cold while eating and avoid drinking anything 30 min after the meal

Don’t eat fruits after a meal. It will be gas forming which will cause bloating

Spice up your food with black ginger, pepper, and cumin. Reduce, on the other hand, the use
 of salt

Take note of your dairy product intake. Is there a special product that make you feel
bloated? Cut it out of your diet

Try to do the Agnisar Kriya yoga after having a glass of warm water with lemon every
morning. These two things will help your digestive systeme in one of the best and most
natural ways possible

TIPS TO IF YOU ALREADY FEEL BLOATED:

Drink mint or peppermint tea which

Go for a walk or do some jumping jacks. Getting your body to move will help your body
getting rid of the gas that cause the bloating

Breath heavily for 5 minutes. 4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds exhale

Again, try to do the Agnisar Kriya yoga after drinking a glass of warm water with a squeeze
of lemon

I hope these tips will help you towards feeling less bloated!
