Vegan Pankcakes




PANCAKES

Ingredients:
10 dates 
2 dl rice or soy milk 
1 tablespoon oil
250 g flour 
1 tablespoon baking powder
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
Firstly take out the stone of the dates. Mash out the dates and whisk up the date mash with 
the rice or soy milk until it has a thick tecsture. Now add all other ingredients whisk until 
there's no lumps back. Now fry knobs dough on a non-stick frying pan in a little oil Make 
them in a size so there is room for 4 small pancakes on your pande.

YOGHURT

Ingredients:
130 g soy yogurt  
A handful of berries after choice
2 tsp real vanilla 

Instructions:
Mix the yogurt with berries and vanilla in a blender . Blend it well and let it stand in the 
refrigerator until your pancakes are ready.
