Looking back, I have lots of funny things to tell about people I've met and places I've seen all
over the world. And that's what I'll use this part of my blog to, the "adventure" part. I'll give
you tips so you see places you may not usually see when you visit another city or country,
how to keep the healthy line when you're out traveling without "being boring" and last, but
not least, how to have even more fun when you're out traveling!
I don't have the delight at traveling from strangers. Both my parents have always big fans of
traveling and have both been living abroad. They even meet each other when they were
exploring the world (Pretty cool love story, huh?) Having me didn't stop them from traveling
the world, and as a very young girl I had already been on the other side of the world. As of
today I've been traveling to more than 10 different countries all around the world, some
more than twice, and sure I'm not going to stop traveling from here!
Don't mind that grumpy face on the picture above where I sit between some the Australian
kangaroos, because grumpy isn't really a thing that I am very often when I travel out in the
big world. I love everything about traveling, just like when I was little. I loved running
around, with the very short legs I had back then, in the airport. I loved how everyone were
kind to me because I wasn't very old. I loved how people wanted to take pictures of
everything around me.
Many of these things, you might say, I could get back home in Denmark. True, but there is
just something about being in another country that makes it all different to me. Every
country has their own culture, their own special dishes, their own things you need to see
when you visit them and their own kind of people. No country is, for me, the same.
Not long ago I travelled for the very first time without my parents. I went to Ibiza with a very
good friend of mine and we had a hilarious and absolutely amazing time! I already have
plans about two new adventures to places around the world and words can't describe how
much I'm looking forward to these, and hopefully way more, adventures!
