INGREDIENTS
1 big sweet potato per person.
2 tablespoons olive oil per person
Salt, pepper and spices (see tip)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 22o degrees celsius
Peel the sweet potatoes
Cut them into long, fry-shaped pieces
Toss the uncooked fries into a mixing bowl
Cover the fries with the olive oil
Top with salt, pepper, and spices
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake the fries for 15 minutes
Flip over fries so they can cook on all sides
Bake for another 15 more minutes
Take the fries out and enjoy!
#TIP: Try to experiment with spicing up your fries. I suggest either salt and pepper, cumin,
garlic, cayenne pepper, paprika or curry

I've made these before and they are delish! Sweet potatoe is also much better for you than the normal kind, so what's not to love? :)
