I must admit that I am a big scone lover. But as you all might know scones are 95 percent
butter and that is just as unhealthy for the body as it sounds. I, however, have a solution for
all my fellow scone lovers whom want to stay healthy: Banana Scones! I have been making
these for a couple of years now and I dont think I will ever get tired of them. Beside that they
taste amazing, they are very easy to make along with that they take no time to make, so they
can also easily be made even when I am busy. I tend to always make big portions so I have a
bunch to put in my freezer. The banana scones contain no butter, unlike the regular scones,
and are amazing as a healthy grab-and-go breakfast, snack and lunch, but also as a tea time
cake. So do you know you are having a busy week anytime in the future or do you just want a
healthier tea time, try these out!

Now bake for it 20 minutes
#Note: If you make double portions, make two of the balls and not just one bigger.

This recipe sounds fabulous! I absolutely adore scones but I'm always put off cooking them by how much butter and sugar goes into them! These are a great healthy alternative. I'll definitely be trying them out soon! :)
